Although I'd spent the final two days of last week in Virginia for work, I was glad to return home last Friday night in time to make supper for three of us. But it had to be quick and still good. That's why soy sauce ramen noodles ended up in our bowls: easy, quick, delicious, filling, and interesting. That's a winning combination.
