After a fit of recipe magazine archive diving a couple of years ago, I came out of that research with a rediscovered recipe for chocolate tres leches cake, which has been quite good every time I've made it. More recently, I came across another recipe for it and had been hankering to give it a go, which happened last Sunday night as the dessert feature when neighbor Jon from around the corner came to dinner. It was a fine finish for us that evening and a tasty treat that carried into the start of the week.
