Last Sunday's latest menu offering invited us to indulge the comforts of arroz con pollo, with a trusted and much-loved recipe guiding me. With a homemade batch of white cheese dip to glug over top of it, we were happy with our bowls, with the free-flowing wine, and with all the wide-ranging topics to chew on as well.
