After a few days of work in Richmond County, to wrap up the 2010-2011 school year there, I came home and got busy in the kitchen for an evening dinner party. Tried to keep it simple though, and dusted off the recipe for the Pipetizer Casserole that had a run of popularity back in the winter.
"Pipetizer Casserole" is an adaptation of "Tailgate Casserole," from The Big Book of Casseroles, by Maryana Vollstedt. San Francisco: Chronicle Books (2000), p. 120.
