Meal No. 276: Poached Salmon with Baby Bok Choy
Here's a description worthy of a Susan Phillis rebuke: white-wine poached wild-caught Alaskan salmon fillet with a chilled rosemary dijon cream sauce, along with ginger-sesame-soy-glazed baby bok choy and garlic-sunflower seed quinoa. That was the late afternoon meal yesterday before I hit the road for three days of work down in Richmond County, NC.
