Meal No. 271: Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon & Quinoa
Grilling mode continues: this evening's meal was grilled salmon with quinoa and baby Brussels sprouts.

How'd you prepare that salmon? Used a plank? We got one of those for Xmas that I have yet to break out.
The most recent version of this was also the least tasty, frankly. It was pretty simple: 2 T mayo, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp grated lemon peel. The first try at a cedar plank grilled salmon, back on Meal No. 256, was better. That recipe came from the Food Network magazine and can also be found online at this address: Cedar Plank Salmon with Maple-Ginger Glaze.
