The lighter supper of ramen soy sauce noodles last Thursday seemed a perfect set-up to fix up some pans of homemade cookies. I felt compelled to jump right back to the newly added recipe for the BEST white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, an instant hit once I switched over to it last March after years of just making the recipe on the package. Lightly crusted at the edge, and sinfully gooey on the interior, with the mix of soft and hard bits whether one was masticating a macadamia nut sliver or a toffee chunk...and rounded out with higher-grade white chocolate morsels...these post-dinner treats were winners, baby.
