About the quickest delicious meal I've whipped up at the very last minute occurred last Thursday, another gorgeous late August day in Winston-Salem: ramen soy sauce noodles. I'd translated this recipe from an Instagram post a while back, hoping I'd eventually try it out. That's what I randomly flipped to in a recipe notebook, and I'm sure glad I did. It was remarkably delicious.
