A fine fellow and good buddy from Louisville alerted me to the recipe I tried out last Friday night: creamy paprika steak penne pasta. Jazzed up a bit with some extra spices, this was quick to throw together and a nice way to incorporate beef without breaking the budget. It proved a most satisfying bowl and will require a speedy return, methinks! I was also delighted to learn that it caused a vegetarian neighbor to fall off the wagon when leftovers were delivered to that household. My work here is done.
