It's been just over two years, and just over 500 meals ago, that I last made Boogaloo Wonderland Sandwiches. Based on a Detroit variation on Sloppy Joe's, these rascals found a home here after I came across an article in Cook's Country, although I'm more likely to render them in an open-faced format on buns rather than in split sub rolls. And they've always been well-received, with this past Thursday night being no exception to that warm reception.
