Meal No. 3871: Caesar-Dressed Greens with Herbed Chicken

The good weather of late spring is worth noting and celebrating. Even though we were getting some smoky haze from distant Canadian wildfires on the first Tuesday of June, it was still a glorious sunny day with nice breezes. Now that the closer Fourth Street CVS has been shuttered, my treks to the pharmacy are an incentive for a walk that clocks in at just under 3-and-a-half miles, and that helped me work up a fine appetite for dinner. With the sous vide to provide spiced and herbed chicken (previouly sealed and tucked away in the freezer), and a small portion of leftover salmon, the salads were well-topped with protein and graciously dressed with homemade creamy Caesar dressing. The abundant bowls were nicely suited to the three at the table, and enough room remained for a small dessert offering later in the evening.
