Last Thursday night, after our delicious dinner of grilled pork chops, I also served up some pie for dessert. We have always called this blender pie, and it's a recipe that came to us from a very nice woman named Lib Keith, who passed away in 2012.
For a pie that's always been such a long-time favorite of the Jones clan, it's sort of surprising how few times I've made it for the last several years. Maybe the problem is that I've got far too many interesting and compelling desserts I'd like to make.
