Meal No. 1453: Herb Roasted Split Chicken Breasts


Last Monday night, after my first day back on the job following the Christmas holidays, I cooked up some delicious split chicken breasts that were on sale for 99 cents a pound. What a deal, baby! I also decided to see if I could spice it up a bit beyond the typical salt-and-pepper preparation, which led me to a helpful listing on the AllRecipes.com website. It's a keeper.
