Last Sunday night's dinner of Texas slow-cooked pulled pork had a sweet finisher at the end: tres leches cake, that left us all smacking our lips with moderate helpings of happiness. There's nothing outrageous about this delicious dessert, but it pleases one's dessert palate and leaves him wanting more.
