Meal No. 2466: Baby Back Ribs


In the late afternoon on Thursday, I got caught short by sudden hunger and overdid it with a quick snack of the previous day's leftover Brussels sprouts and stuffing. So instead of making any sides later that evening when my delicious baby back pork ribs came out of the oven, I just ate four fantastic ribs and called it a night.
