Butter Toffee Cookies
Sometimes when I make cookies, I simply don't care which ones I make...there are so many good recipes, it's not like I'm going to end up disappointed. So even though it's only been about three weeks since I last made butter toffee cookies, I still decided that's what I had a taste for last Thursday night. Good enough to eat three of 'em hot as they came out of the oven!
"Butter Toffee Cookies," originally from King Arthur Flour. The catalog that comes periodically from KAF has recipes in it, which is where I originally got this. But, as sometimes happens, it is not available on their website. I'm glad someone posted it to Food.com.
