With it so chilly, wet, rainy, and yucky yesterday, soup became the natural and proper choice for the Sunday night supper. I reached back into the archives, bringing back a delicious recipe that is an homage to Panera broccoli cheese soup that's so loved at Panera, and which I hadn't made since this past January. It was more than overdue for a reappearance.
