Meal No. 1786: Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Sage and Garlic
I didn't mean to repeat this meal quite so soon, but when it's good like this, I might as well: pan-seared pork chops with butter, sage, and garlic. This past Monday night, I added baked potatoes and stuffing to the plate, for a bland look but a tasty supper.
