Meal No. 1778: Seared Pork Chops with Butter, Sage, & Garlic
On the quiet and blustery cold Tuesday night earlier in the week, the Roediger House menu included pan-seared seasoned pork chops, finished with a sage and garlic browned butter pan sauce. Hot buttered garden peas and quick stuffing helped it all come together into a delicious weeknight meal.
