After a two days of working in Richmond County, North Carolina, and then a drive from there to Richmond, VA, for a day of work, I had no intention of whipping up too fancy or involved a meal when I got home tonight. I went for the faithful standby of pasta carbonara, and it tonight was among the best it's been. I think I'll love the good leftovers that are going to result, too.
