After a very long week on the road, and a lot of time out of my kitchen, I didn't really want to fall back on ordering pizza again for Friday's dinner. So, even though it was kind of late when I could get supper on my table, I think I made a great choice.
For years, I've had The Flying Biscuit Cookbook, by April Moon. But I haven't reached for it to help me in choosing something to make in a very long time. I just happened to turn to this recipe, and it was simple but amazing. This will be a repeat at the RoHo.
