Spring is definitely in the air. And I had to leave town. So the easy grilled option of porterhouse steaks made my menu planning a breeze on this Monday afternoon.
Some roasted garlic asparagus was just right to go along with it, although I was clearly over-garlicked by the time I was through consuming this monstrous meal.
I'll need to work a bit on the recipe for these smashed potatoes, because there just wasn't a lot of flavor coming through.
