Dateline: Mon 20 July. On the most recent occasion of a delightful visit and evening hang with UNC chum Chris, as last week launched, we sat down to a new recipe: creamy cajun chicken pasta. I got some chicken breasts spiced and grilled just as the first of the storms rolled through, and back inside the house the pasta was cooking and the creole cream sauce was coming together nicely. We filled our bowls with this fresh addition to the Roediger House options and were glad of it.
