Chocolate Fudge at Christmastime
Thank goodness my eldest sibling had a hallmate at East Carolina University in the early 1970s whose sister had a fine recipe for chocolate fudge, because that's what the Jones family has depended on to make this confectious concoction for nearly 50 years now. I used to whip this up all the time, but not so much for the last five years, it seems. That might have helped it to be even more delicious and tempting this go-round.
In the foreground of the picture is the larger pan with walnuts added in; the smaller pan in the back is for thems what likes their fudge nutless.
