Meal No. 1108: Chicken with Coronation Sauce


This is chicken with coronation sauce. It didn't take long for this dish to become a Roediger House favorite. It's reasonably easy to put together and it always packs a delicious and unique taste. And it worked for this Wednesday night after I put in a full day of work next door in Guilford County.
