Meal No. 1106: Ground Beef & Macaroni Casserole
Having a pound of ground beef, a half-pound of pasta, and a single bell pepper on-hand were exactly what was needed to make (for the first time ever?) this ground beef and pasta casserole, which was introduced to me by my dear friend Cindy Coulson. It's a meal all too much like the baked spaghetti from just a couple of nights ago, but hey: a tight schedule and available ingredients drove this menu choice. That's what I served up last night at the Roediger House.
