Meal No. 576: Seared Scallops over Creamy Grits
So it's been two-and-a-half months since I made this dish, and once again I let the Harris-Teeter seafood specials this week tempt me into bringing it back for another go.

Some days it just doesn't do for me to read your blog, my friend. I'll have visions of pan-seared scallops dancing in my head all day long. Looks incredible!
