Meal No. 561: Ribeyes & French Fries


Not much to say beyond what I typically say about this, one of the enduringly favorite meals that takes me back to growing up in Buies Creek, where we ate a lot of steak and french fries: sometimes you've gotta have a steak. Beautiful summer evenings and a deep fat fryer already filled and ready to go make this an easy dinner call. It was a great Saturday night supper.
