Meal No. 361: Juicy Burgers on the Grill


With October's arrival, it has become noticeably cooler, especially at night. But today was one sweet Saturday of sunshine and nice temperatures. It just felt right for grilling, and I was willing to respond to that enticing notion.

The last few times I've made burgers, I've played with some alternative ways to prepare them. This evening was a return to the faithful standby, known simply by the recipe's name: Juicy Burgers on the Grill. Topped with two slabs of white cheddar cheese and nestled inside an extra soft oversized bun, it was a satisfying supper to end a great relaxing weekend day.
