Chocolate Fudge for Ashby Lee Elementary School
The teachers at Ashby Lee Elementary School in Shenandoah County, Virginia, are each having to spend a half-day with me (in grade-level teams) this week to talk about instructional design. I figure the least I can do is reward them for their energy and attention with some good home-made chocolate fudge with walnuts. I also managed to work up a batch of cinnamon chip oatmeal cookies on Monday afternoon before I hit the road.
The cookies disappeared fast, and they put a hurtin' on the fudge. Both turned out pretty good.
