Meal No. 236: For the Halibut
Tonight's feast: baked halibut with a sherry mushroom cream sauce, roasted asparagus, and herbed stuffing. The only element of this meal that I'd actually made before was the stuffing, and it's the part that I got wrong (too moist...I wanted some crispness to it).
The roasted asparagus with some minced garlic was just about perfect.
I'll be looking for those rare occasions when the halibut is on sale again. I'm not sure I'd ever even had it out at a restaurant or not, but this was definitely a keeper.
