Tonight was a small gathering of folks to watch the first few episodes of the "Game of Thrones" series from HBO. Glad that I found pork tenderloin on a half-price sale at the Harris Teeter. Skillet-seared with a garlic and spice coating, and then adorned lightly with the sticky sweet and flavorful raspberry dijon sauce, the main entree was a pretty solid hit.
I added massively-stuffed twice-baked potatoes and fresh-steamed haricots verts.
I even went so far as to fry up some hushpuppies.
