Monday’s meal was the final resting place for the remaining chicken shawarma from the evening before: atop salads with a tasty new dressing. Over the weekend, I made a creamy white balsamic version that took its cues from a salad I’ve enjoyed on my two trips to Chopt to meet up with a former colleague. This homemade version is a keeper.
