Last Tuesday evening after supper, I set to work on the latest batch of Cap'n Crunch cookies. These have proven to be a terrific variation from standard cookie fare, earning favorable reviews whether served at home or taken with me on the road for work. That's what put me on cookie duty last Tuesday night: the good intentions to bring along a bag-full when I met with one-half of the latest cohort of aspiring school administrators pursuing a master's degree at High Point University. We had a great day together, and since our visit coincided with the faculty's obervance of crazy hat day, I made my own small effort at playing along.
