When a healthy portion of Cuban lechon pulled pork has been secreted away in a foodsaver bag in the freezer, and if time is running out, it sure makes for an easy prep to put together sheet pan nachos. That's what I did Sunday a week ago, to great acclaim of the household...especially because there was some super garlicky lime crema to go with it.
