Meal No. 1037: Hoisin Beef Kabobs
Fourth of July: grilling some beef, enjoying the fireworks at the BB&T Ballpark as viewed from the backyard, and good friends hanging out at the Roediger House. Nice stuff, that.
BUT: I think I may be needing to get a new rice cooker. This is two meals in a row where I've used it, and it has not fully cooked the brown rice. That's disappointing and annoying.
