Meal No. 692: Maple-Glazed Pork Roast

An impromptu dinner party that just came together nicely, with seven folks around the table, and I tried this new recipe. Folks seemed to like it a lot. The gathering was in part because of the monthly Gallery Hop over in the Arts District, which we'd decided we would all go to.


Accompaniments included green peas and company mashed potatoes.
