Here's the cookie I decided to make to take on the road with me this week: King Arthur Flour's butter toffee cookies. They're an unusual combination of tastes and flavors and they almost always seem to be a hit. They're one of my favorites, but I'm pleased to have a pretty good stand-by collection of cookie recipes that stand me in good stead.
