Meal No. 170: Creamy Swiss Chicken
My friend Cindy Coulson is responsible for quite a few good recipes in my personal recipe book. Tonight I found my way back to one she gave me nearly a decade and a half ago, which she told me was called Easy Baked Chicken Breasts. I figured for blogging purposes I'd fancy up the name a scooch. I tried out a new recipe for potatoes au gratin in the slow cooker (much better than the last time I tried to make them), and they were pretty darned good. Texas sheet cake was hanging around for dessert.
