Sat 31 Oct. After over-cooking my inaugural batch of Clementine’s butterscotch brownies a couple of weeks ago, I was Jonesin’ to give ‘em another go. With Mookie over on Halloween night, and knowing he was one of those to whom I owed a better version, that’s what I quickly threw together. They still had great flavor without being quite right, so I’m sure I need to keep tinkering with the recipe until I’m satisfied.
