Sunday a week ago with storms in the general area, but leaving us mostly unmolested, I was back at the grill for a quick repeat of BBQ-glazed grilled pork kebabs. It had been a two-for-one sale on pork tenderloins and the second package was nearing its use-by date...and this is such an easy meal and perfect for summertime. A quick skillet of Rice-a-Roni plus some green beans completed the plate, and I indulged in more than the recommended allowance of pork morsels.
