Meal No. 2577: Tahlequah Tacos and Navajo Frybread
It's been over two years since I brought out this pretty awesome recipe for open-faced tacos, with deliciously-seasoned beef sitting atop Navajo frybread and topped with fresh chopped onion and tomato and dressed with cheese and sour cream. One is aplenty, and once every two years is not nearly enough.
Later that night (this was last Sunday, by the way), after watching the 1965 scifi horror flick Planet of the Vampires, I was able to serve up a creamy and delicious bowl of Vietnamese coffee ice cream. Dessert wasn't needed. Dessert was still consumed.
