Meal No. 2190: Sausage and Beef Manicotti with Homemade Marinara


After a day full of appointments and rushing from one place to another, Thursday night's dinner at the Roediger House found four at the dinner table and a goal of making something satisfying but not overly complicated. It had been a good while since I last made sausage and beef manicotti, and it seemed like a good time to bring it out.
