Last Wednesday night, with four of us on hand, I piloted another new recipe: baked chicken taquitos. There was also a recent addition to the side dish repertoire: Mexican coleslaw. We all added those good things to our bellies and were then additionally happy that there was more of the cinnamon roll cookies-n-cream ice cream to finish us off.
