Meal No. 2210: Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs with Shallots in a Roasted Garlic Wine Sauce
It was definitely an all-out production while the skies were storming over Winston-Salem on Wednesday night, and I'm referring specifically to the meal that I put together for four of us to enjoy that evening. And the pay-off was pretty awesome because I do believe we all loved the pan-seared chicken thighs with shallots in a roasted garlic wine sauce. And the cauliflower gratin. The whole green beans with a tangy mustard sauce weren't bad, but they sure did need some more salt.
