Meal No. 2207: Grilled Pork Chops


What a gorgeous Friday night in Winston-Salem for the final official day of summer! I took full advantage of it by grilling some delicious lightly-blackened pork chops to tender perfection and serving them alongside buttery Yukon mashed potatoes and garden peas. Not a lot to it, really, and yet it was just super good!
