Meal No. 1942: Roasted Salmon


On the journey home from Clarke County, Virginia, last Friday evening, I ducked into the Lowe's Foods in Walkertown and grabbed a couple of tempting salmon fillets to make for dinner. They roasted up pretty nicely, with some herb seasoning and a bit of blackening spice, and it all went well with steamed broccoli florets and a rice-vermicelli mix.
