Meal No. 1669: Tahlequah Tacos
The homemade take on tacos that I served up for the first meal of November this past Tuesday night is known as Tahlequah tacos, and they were super good yet again. Following the lead of Hilah Johnson, I make the taco meat filling from scratch; following the lead of my father-in-law, I fry the tortillas in vegetable oil and top them at the end with a Kraft Single. Diced onions and tomatoes and sour cream finished it all out.
