Meal No. 1674: Pork Medallions with Ginger-Soy-Shiitake Cream Sauce


Last Sunday night: pork medallions with a ginger-soy-shiitake cream sauce, layered green bean casserole, and company mashed potatoes. Occasional but delightful visitors Kristin and Camillo were on hand, and it's always good to see them.

"Layered Green Bean Casserole," from my sister Allison in Rossville, Indiana.

"Company Mashed Potatoes," a Jones family favorite.
