Meal No. 1520: Beef Tacos on Navajo Frybread
Last Thursday night, for another small gathering of some of the typical players, it was time for another round of homemade taco-seasoned beef along with Navajo-style frybread. It makes quite a mound on the plate, when cheese and diced fresh tomatoes and diced onions are added on. It was understandable if any of the plates were shimmeringly clean at meal's end.
